Hi,

As per your show running lanbase will be loaded first. Just delete the
command boot system flash
bootflash:cat4500e-lanbase-mz.122-53.SG5.bin and re-add it again. do a
write memory after this.

check the show bootvar to see what is the image that will be loaded.
