I download the cmterm-69xx-sccp.9-3-1-3.zip and after i unzipped it i found 4 files as following

BOOT69xx.0-0-0-14.zz.sgn
DSP69xx.0-0-0-11-124120.zz.sgn
SCCP69xx.9-3-1-3.loads
SCCP69xx.9-3-1-3.zz.sgn

Which file should I use to upgrade the firmware in the command load [phone-type] [firmware-type]
