RE: CUCME 8.8 MOH for 6921

 Ok you are hearing Silence when trying MOH from 6921

Whithout looking at your specific configuration:

Try the following
1) make moh-file-buffer size equal to or higher than the moh file size in
flash
2) do not use internal-call moh-group if you just want to stream a single file
from flash
3) in the moh multicast route statement include the ip address of the
telephony-service source and the interfaces through which the ip phones are
connected
4) might need to save configuration and reload router.

example
telephony-service moh-file-buffer 2048
moh music-on-hold.au multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route 192.168.69.133
192.168.69.137

no internal-call moh-group 1

If after changes and reload the MOH still dont work, please provide to us:

clear log
debug voip ccapi def
debug ephone det
debug ephone moh
term len 0
show ephone reg (during MoH)
show runn
show log
show flash
