URGENT HELP REQUIRED FOR RS HOME LAB

Dear frndz and mentors,

I want to construct home lab from GNS (for routers) and actual layer 3
switches (3560), please share the steps how can i construct my home lab
from these.

What other hardware shall be required for it besides just switches. Please
share if you have any tutorial regarding this.

Also i am getting used each 3560 (24 port) for approx $607, is this a good
deal or i should negotiate further.
