Brian is right here. The only way to know for sure whether your Debit Card will work is to try and submit the online payment by entering the details.

The thing is that even if your debit card has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it, the Financial Institution that issued the card will either allow / disallow the card (irrelevant of type: Debit vs. Credit) to be used for online purchases.

If the payment doesn't go through then at least you should have time to make a Wire Transfer from your account to Cisco.

The other alternative is to pay the money into a friend's Credit Card and make use of their Credit Card to pay for the Lab - Do this only as a last resort and only if you can trust the friend not to use your money while the payment is being processed

You may enter any card with the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo.

However, our current system does not allow credit card CVV security codes
to be entered when submitting CCIE lab exam payments. Please contact your
bank for more details. If possible, please submit your lab payment using a
credit card that does not require a CVV security code for online payments.

To submit credit card information for your CCIE lab payment you will need
to visit your CCIE profile at http://www.cisco.com/go/scheduleccie. Once
