As I recall, according to Cisco, switchport nonegotiate is only
appropriate in two configurations:
switchport mode access
and
switchport mode trunk
So if you try and get crazy and apply it to each link in your example B -
you should get a big batch of nothing as a result :-).
Here is the documentation quote and link "This command is valid only when
the interface switchport mode is access or trunk (configured by using the
switchport mode access or the switchport mode trunk interface
configuration command). This command returns an error if you attempt to
execute it in dynamic (auto or desirable) mode."
