I just checked the IPexpert website and sure enough you can download a
free sample. I would recommend that you do this and compare it to a sample
of the INE materials. Once you examine the two samples, you will quickly
determine which one works best for you.
Both companies boast a large number of CCIE Voice candidate successes, so
rest assured you are in good hands whichever text you choose. Both vendors
also have authors actively supporting their respective support forums - so
that is a real plus.
