AF Classes

Hi guys,

I have one question of the Assured Forwarding classes, I know there
are 4 different classes with 3 different drop thresholds.

AF XY where

X:Class
Y:Drop thresholod

I've got the following question:
AF31: 10Mbs
AF21: 50Mbs

Traffic exceeding these rates should marked down 1 level of drop probabiltiy.

Answer:

AF31---AF32
AF21---AF22

My question, Which has a bigger chance to be dropped when Y=1 or Y=3 ?
As far as I know if Y is less = less chance to be drop(if this is correct the
qusetion should be INCREASE 1 level of drop probability not down 1 level) !

Any further calrifcation will be apprecaited!
