Deepak,
think of it this way.
How would you as an employer think of a person who is a CCIE but with next
to nill real word exposure? I would not hire one, even though he or she may
be brilliant on passing the lab.
So in your shoes I would go get a foot in the door of some big Cisco shop
with large and diverse NetOps environment. It will be a lot of fun. And you
will be able to apply whatever you have leaned to date and see what is goo
and what is a waste. Broad your knowledge across some other dimensions like
security, wireless, voice. Take a chance to look at other vendors as well.
Then in 2-3 years come back and revisit CCIE thing if you still have that
desire.

It is not a CCIE number that matters, it is how you can back it up with
your deeds.
