Well i can't deny the output u have shown below ....
But as per below links 3750E comes with only IPbase & Ip services image

only 3750X comes with LAN base & my requirment is 3750X not 3750E

Anyways can u confirm , with lan base are u able to configure IP SLA
initiator & object tracking in combination with static route.. Also check
for HSRP.
