Secondly, u r using two VMNet adpaters, not sure how u'll bridge it to one Broadcom NIC.
For such scenarios, I use one single bridged VMNet Adapter (e.g vmnet0) for both guest VMs and do the tagging on guest E1000 adapter.
(For routed scenarios, we can enable Windows routing via registry; for such scenario multiple VMNet adapters should be used, host OS wil do the routing between the VMNets with Host VMNet adapter IP acting as gateway for guests)
