Basic PIX - Transparent mode

Hi Guys,

~This is a test env

Router ---- E3 PIX E0---- Server

The E3 is set as inside & E0 as Outside with lower security level. I want
to allow all traffic from router to Server for now. The PIX is in
transparent mode. The PIX does not have any config on.

Cisco says by default all L3 traffic should be allowed from higher to lower
security level interface

But nothing is going though even if i add access list.
