This topic is certainly ready to be retired, won't change and no use beating a
dead horse.

Why is it hard
for ppl to believe that Cisco is doing nothing about it ? With these labs it
enables more and more ppl to attempt the exams. I know many many ppl who just
have ccna level knowledge of networking, brute forcing the CCIE giving attempt
after attempt using these dumps.
At the end of the day, cisco is business.
The bottom line matters. Hundreds of candidates attempting these exams on a
daily basis is just a cash cow for cisco.
Its out there in the open. Anyone
can buy them online. Its not hidden or difficult to get your hands on them.
Cisco hasnt changed its CCIE security exam in ages. Yes its difficult to do
so. But to curb this menace, this is the least cisco can do. They can start
investigations. They can question employees, test centers , websites. They can
hire lawyers to stop this. Its been rampant for years now, and no concrete
step has been taken by cisco to do anything about it.
It shouldnt hurt
anyone's ego or self-respect to accept certain facts. I myself have questioned
cisco on this, and they have no plans on doing anything about it.
