Cisco Platform Issue

Hi Guys,

I have two routers one side has 7606 and other side has 3845 connected
using E1. But, link is flapping and getting request time out for
point-to-point pinging. If I change the 7606 with 3845 with the same config
of 7600 its stable and perfect.

Do I have to config anything additional on 7606?

If anybody come across these kind of issue please let me know how to
resolve.
