Hi,

If i have to tell me in brief rather going into details.

All the 3 candidates , I asked to recommend a network desgin & solution for
a small Enterprise which none of them able to make.

Even I asked that give any scenarios of their past implemenation or any
issue they resolved while troubleshhoting.....They were blank..

And I want to tell you these guys are 7-8 years experience.
