CCIE certefiacte Not measure Candidtes ability to design a network what
about the candidtes work as implementation engineer and have a CCIE
certeficate , also CCIE candidtes not must to be have a deeply Knowldge in
Special casses senario

and For The LAB questions yes it measure Real World and measure somthing
very important to Network engineer Work under Pressure and Time mangement
