Jay,

I am not making this a bigger issue than it is. This is very important
to get a clear set of requirements on the question. To assume what the
intent of the question is a big mistake and even more costly mistake
in the real world. Don clarified after I asked him to, and was able to
give him a logical explanation.

I am here to help and learn and pass the exam is the goal of everyone
on the list.

If Don doesn't understand a particular part of technology, I am
curious as to what his misunderstanding is, so that I can help and at
the same time make sure that I understand what he is having trouble
with.
