That's not true man...
We all need to grow up... Everyone thinks the lab is a test. Its actually many tests.
When you pass and look back what it took you'll agree.
I made a ccnp workbook of 1200 or so pages with solutions guide for my ccnp classes.
About 5 out of 150 people that have taken my classes actually got the routers in dynamips, the cisco-internal dynamips, did the topologies. All 5 are productive network engineers who are ccnp's and are on the way to becoming ccie's. The rest, I don't know.
The very first 2 people I trained was a desktop guy and a mail room clerk. Both went on to Morgan Stanley making about $150,000 a year. Was it my training? Was it them? Was it both?
I wasn't shit until my boss fired me and said "you're not a ccie, and I think we need one right now the way our company is growing"
So sometimes tough love is the thing!
