Issues on 7604 router

facing the core switch. I have about 300 route map statements for the PBR. The

eigrp neighbour relationship between the 7604 and the Core tears down with a
log message of retry limit exceeded and it comes back up with Q counts
therefore making the neighbour unusable until I remove the policy route
statement from the interface completely.
