EEM or TCL Script

I am trying to come up with the script that will monitor all my routing tables within all of the VRFs that have timers 00:00:00.

Something like that:

1. lists all the VRFs on my PE routers using (show ip vrf tableid)
2. initiates " show ip route vrf CUST-NAME | inc 00:00:00" within each VRF 4 times in 2 minutes.
3. When it sees routes showing with this timeout within the threshold, it generates syslog message.

I am sorry I am new to crazy TCL scripting world, but maybe someone already written similar script it will take ma another 2 weeks to do mine.
