those /32 ip address of the other end of serial interface can be useful
when we are using ip unnumbered loopback 0. For example we can always
monitor the link up/down status by pinging it. But it is not necessary as
once we enable routing protocol on those ip unnumbered loopback 0, it will
be added too. So better remove it to avoide the confusion. Otherwise we may
see duplicate x.x.x.x/30 and x.x.x.x/32 in routing table
