Yes the best tool in terms of monitoring the bandwidth given to us by a service provider over their WAN network to our remote sites. Monitoring to make sure the bandwidth given is what agree upon.
The availability is monitoring to know the service provider Mean Time between Failures over WAN their WAN network. Apart from using IP SLA
