Dmvpn Design

Hi,

I was now wondering how best it would be to design a DMVPN network using two service providers, and also what is the advantage of the client demanding the use of public IP addresses from their service providers instead of private IP addresses over the WAN connections for the DMVPN.

Also, what is the best way to monitor the bandwidth given by the service provider and the availability of their WAN network.

Your opinions will be highly appreciated.
