Yes Marc,
You are correct I will save first then reload, thanks for correcting me.
Interesting to hear some of the strategy folks have of tackling
troubleshooting section, perhaps others have better or options that I
am not familiar with that can help us tackle this difficult section.

Also want to add that if I can't solve problem quickly, I won't waste
time, I will move on to next question, and at the end I will come back
to question or questions that I marked down on scratch paper, if given
to me and if I can't solve it then will accept that as loss of points
and move on to configuration section.
