Congratulations Jay! I have seen you on the forum for a while and
have seen you progress, which is always fun. I'm very happy for you
and wish you all the best in whatever you choose to do.

It's like I always said the vendor does not give you a CCIE number,
YOU give yourself a CCIE number by working hard and committing to your
goal. The various vendors are great and can really help you by putting
you in the right direction and spilling out a lot of knowledge but
ultimately it is the hard work that you personally put in that gets
you to the next level. Way to go!
