It's not really any different than say a TLS, or Metro E circuit.
Companies will rarely have the same internal core QoS scheme. As long as
the traffic is honored at a single priority through each carrier, the
hand off is not an issue. Issues could arrise, if a carrier honors the
adjacent carrier's MPLS QoS markings (rarely, if ever done), and the
carrier queue schemes are different. Make sense?
