This is the wrong way to do this.
Try bgp
Your little hack is nonstandard and people will not appreciate troubleshooting around this.

Subject: Datacenter/ DR Nat Issue
Hi everyone,
I have a setup in which I have Datacenter and DR, incase of Datacenter
unreachibility from Branch site, Branch should reach DR Servers with the
same IP address of Datacenters.
now I made a translation on DR router such that all requests that are
comming for Datacenter server address should be translated to DR Servers,
but nat is not translating address.
what I feel the reason is the outside interface of DR router does not
contain outside global address, but in nat command I am using IP as a
outside global address.
Data center server ip = 80.101.85.1
DR server ip = 128.1.150.1
DR Router configuration
===================
ip nat outside source static *80.101.85.1* 128.1.150.1
ip route 80.101.85.1 255.255.255.255 192.168.8.62
int gig 0/1
*ip add 192.168.8.1 255.255.255.0*
ip nat ouside
int gig 0/0
ip add 192.168.18.1 255.255.255.0
ip nat inside
Thanks & Regards,
