Virtual Server Performance Issue

This is not only network related issues, but VMWare(Virtual Server Issues).
If anyone can give me any related comments, I'll be really appreciated.

Well, recently I have been complained about Virtual Server performance
issues. Users were complaining about slowness such as when they copying
files on virtual servers on VMWare. I tries to clear out there are no
network related issues, which affect on virtual server environment. But
one thing that came to my mind is this issue is related with VMWare
setting.

Currently, there are multiple virtual servers on VMWare base, which is
installed in one physical server. The physical server and network switch is
connected to two ports(Port Channel). So, what I'm thinking is that if
multiple virtual servers access to the same network segment, if a certain
virtual server occupies this limitted network resource, it may affect other
virtual servers network performance.

Well, if this is the case, or if anyone had similar issues, please feel
free to give me comments or advice.
