for tight arse customer (and very quarky way)- UCCX8x support out of the
box ad-hoc recording.
that means u enable recording in the flow and in UCCX option. then pull the
recorded raw files from uccx server (using psftp or sftp client, may need
to write a script) and use raw2wave convertor to convert files.
Please have a look of UCCX8 SRND - it's a new method and recommended only
for monitoring calls. I have deployed in real life where agents were only
10 and very low call volume.
it's not supported by cisco "TAC"!!
Cisco have WFM product to do specially recording. as mark said 'Nice
recording software' is cool but it's a bit expensive compared to cisco WFM.
