Thx but Do the parties will know that the I joined the call ? I mean will they hear a ring or something like that ?

u need to disable privacy on the shared line.

1 add softkey on the phone 'cBarge'
2 then disbale privacy of the shared line ( softkeys remoteinuse cbarge, don't remember exact command).
