If it was UCM and you had UCCX I would have talked about the possibility of
routing the call through there and doing a DB dip, however with CME, Frog is
exactly correct that you want either TCL or possibly a VXML app to get that
data from a back end DB (MySQL would work fine) and populate the CNAM field.
Check CCO as Frog mentioned for an example script.
So basically, calls come in, hit Inbound DP, DP triggers TCL/VXML script,
script queries DB, populates CNAM field, then sends the call back to CME to
try to find a match to Called# on an Outbound DP.
