It's CME .No I don't have UCCX (Why do you ask)
It's a big company and they distribute goods and like to know the name of the Callers not only the numbers .It's very important to them

Are you working with CME or UCM?And do you have a UCCX available to you?
May I ask what the business driver behind this is?(It might help to decide if it's really worth the ROI or not)

Yes you can... But this would not be trivial.
If you have a PRI and the service provider doesn't send a caller-name,
you can use service parameters in CUCM to fill in a generic name. It
is set to UNKNOWN by default. I typically reset it to EXTERNAL
INCOMING CALL.
If you want to go beyond this, you would need to build a database with
names that you would like to reference the numbers that are calling.
That way when a call would come in, you would direct the call towards
an application that would fill in the call data based on the CLID.
Not trivial and a bitch to maintain... Don't know a valid reason to do
outside a call center...
Cheers!
