Cisco IP Phones with CUCME8.6 and I can see the Calling number (Caller ID) on the phone and I'd like to see the name
I read that i can use Directory services with service dnis dir-lookup but i am not sure

What phone model? What IPPBX model? Does business subscribe for extended caller ID? What study list to post to?
