The number of digits sent from the PSTN have nothing to do with the
configuration at GW1.

It depends of the service offered. If the incoming lines are analog,
no digits are sent. Only electric handling is done to go offhook. If
the service is digital, BRI or PRI then it will depend on the service
provider basic service offer, it can very from 4, 7 or 10 digits in
North America.

In any case you'll have to talk with your service provider.

You may also run debugs in order to see what settings are used.

debug isdn q931 is always usefull.
