RE: Demo Voice products

You need three discs; the 8.6 Disc for CUCM (covers your pub/sub and Unity connection), 8.5 Presence install Disc (upgrade disc will work fine, but you need to make it bootable), and CCX 8.5 Install Disc. I believe the demo node count is 3 with 50 DLU's, not sure about presence, and I think you can run CCX for 10 agents up to 120 days with demo licenses (STA/ENH/PRO). Not really sure if you should be doing demo's for customers if you have no idea how to obtain the software, hint www.cisco.com and valid SmartNet for the products.

As Carlos pointed out, if you're a Cisco partner, the NFR cost for UC is well worth it.
