They use fake VISAs to rent rack time, as you mentioned they can't pirate
rack time.
So Tony, if you get the money 30 - 31 days before they start on the racks,
within that 30-31 day period you will be able to find out if the CC they
are using is fake or not. When we called the CC, they told us that this was
the best solution.
Daniel, some times it's impossible to find out the person, if someone uses
a fake VISA, you will never know the real person behind it. You will know
where it was initiated, but you will not know who that person is.
