Nexus 3K - 5K comparison

Hi Experts,

Please suggest what is the difference between the 5K and 3K. why 3K
was introduced. Which out of two is better.
I read that due to low letancy and high 10G/40 G port density 3K came
in. Any major advantages apart frm this.
If we go with 3K , still 2K will be managed via 3K as in case of 5K.
