This assumes there is a trap preconfigured for you, but it will need to be a
time reporting SLA:
 
snmp-server enable trap rtr
ip sla 1
 icmp-echo 1.1.1.1
ip sla schedule 1 start now recurr
ip sla reaction-configuration 1 react (and
the rest are variables of what you want to do).
 
 
HOU-SW1(config)#ip sla
reaction-configuration 1 react ?
  connectionLoss Connection Loss
 
icpif Calculated Planning Impairment Factor
 
jitterAvg Jitter Average in both the directions
 
jitterDSAvg Jitter Average in the direction from Destination

  packetLateArrival Packets
arriving Late
  packetLossDS Packet Loss in the direction from
Destination to Source
  packetLossSD Packet Loss in the direction from
Source to Destination
