Try the HP IMC 5.1. It can manage Cisco and other vendor Equipment. I think it is presently compatible with more than 3000 devices of different vendors.

that LMS only manages Cisco boxes, you have to first swallow this. Non-Cisco
devices will be displayed as UNKNOWN though you get reachability info about
them, where PING and SNMP are used. However, only from Cisco devices can you
archive/modify configs or monitor inventory/neighbor information.
I never bothered to send alerts via SMS from LMSv3.x. Alerts via SNMP,
Syslog or email are possible. This link says you can send alerts from
LMSv4.x via SMS.

On the whole though, LMS is comparably easier to manage. We use simple perl
scripts and cron jobs to automatically sync the company's CMDB with the LMS
DCR (device database).
