I thought Marko's correction earlier is how you handle someone who is trying
to cheat or MAY HAVE accidentally said something inappropriate. That was
Professional and with tact.

If that does not work,

Here are a few options:
1)Dude...that's a direct violation NDA!
2)Why would you say you have seen this before somewhere? It could get you in
a lot of trouble.

I understand that you are upset with cheaters but C'MON.
