Yep, Robert Raszuk built those images, and they were available on
ftp-eng.cisco.com in the /specials subdirectory. No longer there:

  ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/rraszuk/specials

For 2600 and 3640 MPLS support was in the normal CCO images, and
used in production by various companies around the world back in the
days when 20kpps was "fast internet edge router" :P
