CCIE Lab suggestion...

Hi,

I booked my lab on july 15,2012 and i have started preparing for the lab.
only 4 months remaining for the Lab Exam. My 18th month get finished on
july 2012 last, as i completed written R&S on 25-Jan-2011.

I request the experts to give me some suggestion how to prepare for the lab
like how many hours i have to spent for preparation.

Also suggest me some some good online rack rental for my preparation to
practice INE workbooks.

Also suggest, if i practice all INE workbooks, is it enough to face the LAB
?
