Team,
Lets focus on the certification, the learning of the technology and many
others thing more important than this nonsense discusion about PhD versus
CCIE....but to give you my point of view... I have a Master in Computer
Science from a very reputable University here in NY, I was accepted and
enrolled on the PhD program for two semesters and one day I asked myself what
was the point of doing it...what will be the benefit of doing it except to
have PhD title and be call Dr. and my response was forget about it and
lets focus on how have a job, how to be able to make some money and be able to
support the family and then I started working on my CCIE (best decision I
ever have). Another thing, I happen to know a few PhD guys, very smart people
and I know a few CCIE which have not PhD but very smart guys as well like
Narbik, Paul Negron, Scott Morris and a guy that we used to work together
Viktor and others people that they do not need to have a PhD but
are ver sharp and could be able to seat down with a CCIE, PhD and a none
certification person and have any type of conversation or dicussion about any
topics....

Enough, now let me get back to my studies of cryptography process
learning....

Subject: PhD vs
CCIE

All who were involved.

I don't mind pecking at this discussion but
let's take it off list moving
forward to respect those who wish to pursue the
CCIE certification.

Once again, I mean no disrespect.

Paul
