I doubt it with their weak polycom handsets and no support for
acd/contactcenters. Not to mention the hardware required for the
infrastructure is a bit ridiculous and honestly a turnoff. They have years
to go before they even create a reasonable footprint to measure for market
share.
I keep hearing all of this Cisco market share eroding and the question I
have is to who??? HP 9% Juniper 2% Brocade 3% anybody else less than 1%.
I applaud Cisco for protecting their brand and not allowing it free for
all, because it makes the training/certification much more valuable. All
the other vendors have the same approach, so what's the big deal???
