Random Doubts in TE and Inter AS

Hi fellas

I have labbed up the TE and saw some new config options such as VERBATIM
and LOCKDOWN

Can someone explain me what is the use of VERBATIM and LOCKDOWN

And also what is the use of *no bgp default route-target filter*? It is
used in ASBR's connecting two different Autonomous Systems (AS) in Inter AS
Options for L3 VPN.
