OT-SPv3 racks

To all,

We just upgraded our 12Ks to PRP-2s so they can support IOS-XR, we will
have our 10 racks available very soon. Let me know if you need it. As we
promised you will have Two 12Ks, Two 7600s and bunch of 7200 and 3400
switches.
