do you run a complex OSPF setup or just some (10?) sites all in area 0 ?
As a desiign decision, there is no one answer to your question.
The more details you give, the more educated answer one can offer.
But... I would go with KISS. If the service provider is recomending
BGP, I would think that that is because they are not confortable with
seting up OSPF and sham links. In the end, you are going to suffer
because of that if you insist in doing it. Most service providers go
with statics or BGP, your choice :)
