Hi Vignesh,

If i understand ur question properly, u r running OSPF as ur IGP from all
the branches inside the country , so instead of OSPF , ur provider says to
exchange all the routes via BGP ( routes within all the branch companies )
. So MPLS uses LDP and in turn LDP uses IGP to exchange labels.

So LDP wont assign labels for those routes learned by BGP. So i cant get ur
question properly.
