I have experienced the exact same issue. TAC will tell you this is totally
normal. As much as I hate it as well, it is a known thing and according to
TAC is not a problem...now, try making a configuration change, hitting
ctrl-z or "end" then writing mem....it will take a dump and tell you it
cannot read the configuration. You actually have to WAIT like 10 seconds
or more after making any change to write the configuration. They are also
extremely sluggish when doing "sh run" or anything of that sort.
