A wife, a 1 yo, a 5 yo, a cat, and 2 hours a day commuting. I study M-F
from about 6:30 to 12 (give or take) and some times on the weekends.

I can honestly say that other than watching one or two games of football on
Sundays, I've seen 20-30 hours of TV over the course of the year. I'll
record the shows I really want to see on the DVR and watch them on the
weekends. Sometimes I'll wake up early and catch a recorded show before
work.

My TV habits seem a little strange by American standards, but I find it
refreshing.

I do watch a fair amount of Youtube clips on my smart phone as time
permits. I plan on limiting my TV watching after I pass. I'll just find
something more useful than watching TV to occupy my time.

There's so much more to life than being tied down to all of these
ridiculous TV shows. I always hear co-workers say things like tonight is
Tuesday I can't wait to watch stupid show xyz. Get a life!
